Gluten Free Rustic Cornbread

This classic dish is not only flavorful but also suitable for those with gluten sensitivities.

Ingredients

1 ½ cup (200 g) of bread mix gluten-free

5,70 fl oz (170 ml) water

½ cup (50 g) corn flour

1 tsp (5 g) salt

1 tsp of dried yeast gluten free

Recipe Steps
Step 1

Place all the ingredients in the Bread Maker and knead until you obtain a homogeneous, uniform, and elastic dough. Leave to rest for 1 hour at room temperature covered with a cloth so it won’t dry out.

Step 2

Once rested, knock the dough back to give the dough a slightly oval shape. Leave to rest for 30 further minutes and give it its final baguette shape.

Step 3

Again, leave the dough to rest and ferment for a further 1 hour and 30 minutes. Afterwards, close the Bread Maker and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes at 200-220ºC. Once baked, leave the bread to cool on a rack, and enjoy!
